Looking for assistance on what code would be used for the administration of Definity (Q9957) during an Echo. This is not a stress echo so 99352 is not appropriate for this case and cpt 36000 is not payable/reimbursed by any carriers. Does anyone know a more definitive code for this application? Thanks for any and all input
