Hello,

I code for facility and this pt came in to the ED for constipation, she did not know she was pregnant, she had a precipitous birth in the ED waiting room bathroom, the ED Physician delivered the placenta manually then she was transferred to L&D. Do I code NSVD or do I code manual removal of poc? I cant find any information for this scenario. Thank you in advance!
