my question is if a patient has an insurance plan plus emed. We bill the insurance company using the global codes (59400-59610) for her delivery and the majority goes to deductable. we then bill emed but in order for emed to pay we will need to change the cpt to one that they cover (delivery only 59409-59612) . I feel this is fraud, what do you think
