I am needing help with the ICD 10 cm coding. A patient was admitted as an inpatient after having a home delivery. I know I could use Z39.0 but the patient has a 1st degree laceration perineum and was repaired in the hospital.

So my question is do I use the ICD 10 cm code for the 1st degree laceration perineum during delivery with the weeks of gestation. But do I also use Z37.0? I am a little confused. I know I wont use an ICD 10 PCS code for the delivery just for the repair of the laceration.
