Pt was admitted for fetal demise. they induced labor and she delivered vaginally. Fetus was 18w 1 day. Because a vaginal supository was used would it be appropriate to use 59855? Or would it be better to use 59409 with stillborn fetus dx?

For induced labor of a dead fetus using a vaginal supository use the 59855. If she had come in and went into labor without any assistance then the 59409 would be appropriate.
