Is there an CMS-HCC assigned to Dementia - 294.20? I know there didn't used to be, but I believe that has changed.

The only ones:) I found were 294.0, 294.10, 294.11, on the 2012 Payment Year Model Diagnosis. I got it off the Medicare Risk Adjust: Evaluation of the CMS-HCC Risk Adjustment Model.
