I need help with what CPT to use for the above. Operative report is attached. Patient's history is left total knee in 2022 and is having pain. MRI and CT ordered and review Osteomyelitis surrounding the stem of the tibial component and a cortical bone defect at the tibia. Surgery was recommended of irrigation and debridement with bone graft placement on midshaft tibia. CT scan also showed chronic displaced periprosthetic fracture along the femoral hardware. Insurance authorized 10180 and 27724. Just not sure about those codes.
Can anyone help?
