Wiki Denial 32746 and 36252

Patient has 37236 LT, 37246 59,RT, and 36252. Wellcare Advantage denied 37246 and 36252 for inconsistent modifier or missing modifier. It has been denied multiple times Any suggestions on how to get both of theses code paid?

36246 is bundled into 36252. 36252 needs a modifier -59.
