Hello,

I billed 36200 and 75630 26,XU to Medicare Plus Blue. They are denying the 36200 for anatomical modifier. Suggestions on what modifier they are looking for ?
 
Tell the third party payer that there is no anatomical modifier for catheter placement, aorta. If you are billing for the doctor, then modifier -26 is needed.
