Hello,

Pt had 92928 RC and 93455 26 XU. BCNA denied the 93455 as inclusive. Billed the 93455 due to no LV pressured documented. Any suggestion son how to get this paid?
 
Was there recent coronary angiography prior to this procedure? That could be a reason for denial.

Otherwise, is this perhaps a payor that actually prefers 59 over XU?
