Wiki denial for 22015

I keep getting denials for 22015-78 saying that the modifier is inconsistent with the procedure. They with in the 90 days and they all have infection. Does anyone know why they are doing this?

Are you coding for the complication as the reason the patient had to return to the operating room? That could be the reason they are denying. Just a suggestion.
