I am getting denials for HCPCS code G0431 from Medicare for frequency of testing. I am needing to know if there is anyone else that is having this problem. I do understand that they will only pay for 11 units. When I speak to Medicare concerning this they are saying it is under the MUE's. So when I research the MUE's they are saying that I cant appeal this.( Or at least thats what I am getting out of it.)I am needing to know if there is another way that I can bill so that I dont get denied. If there is anyone that can help me. I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!:
