If an insurance company denies for POS 19 can we send a correct claim with POS 11?
 
You should bill with the place of service that correctly identifies the location where the service was provided. If that is POS 19, then that is what you should bill. You shouldn't correct the claim and bill under POS 11 unless you genuinely made an error billing under POS 19 when initially filing the claim. If POS 19 is correct, depending on why you were denied, you may need to look at the codes you chose and ensure they are correct for that POS.
