Hello.
I bill Worker's Compensation claims in the State of Michigan, and one of the companies has denied my claim stating that it needs a modifier for nurse practitioner. I billed it using the SA modifier but they denied it stating it was incorrect. I don't know of any other modifier to use. Obviously, they won't give me any other information. If anyone has any advice on this I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
