Wiki Denials for Admin fees of immunizations

I just got back my first Preventative encounter with immunizations. Wellmark denied the admin fee, they bundled it with visit.I put Modifier 25 with the visit Any suggestions?

I had two patients one was 99394 and the other was 99384

I would put 59 on the admin code of the immunization.Hope this help. Let me know if it works for you
