Good Morning,

I hope someone can shed some light on this question. We are billing 76536 and 76982 for thyroid U/S and Elastography for the nodules in the thyroid and the lymph nodes. Medicare has been reimbursing for this and now we are getting denied as bundled. I have checked NCCI edited and there is no bundling issue. Is anyone else billing for this, and if so are you having any issues getting paid?
