Wiki Denials on C1725, C1769, C1725, C1887

Hello-
I am getting denials on C1725, C1769, C1725, and C1887 when C9600 is performed. These are being denied for no auth but we don't auth them as they are supplies. Do we need to auth them? Also, they all have Rev code 0278 which is for implants however, these codes do not meet the FDA's description of implants (must stay in the body for 30 days or more). Should we be using Rev code 0272 instead?
