Wiki Denied DX Codes per ICD 10 Manual

I am needing some assistance on ICD 10 coding. I am receiving denials stating dx code incorrectly coded per ICD10 manual. I cannot determine which codes are rejecting. I am tried to see which codes match others but so confused. I have checked all the codes through Codify, books, internet. On this particular claim the dx codes are as follows:
J01.91
R05.1
J20.9
J98.01
R30.0
R82.90
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
 
There's an excludes1 note under J98.01 that instructs not to code bronchitis with bronchospasm here, and if you look under the J20 category you'll see that the J20 codes already include acute bronchitis with bronchospasm, so it appears to me that J98.01 is incorrectly coded here and I think that's probably causing your denial. I would delete J98.01, and probably also R05.1 because cough is a normally associated symptom with these lung conditions and so it shouldn't be reported separately in most cae.
