We are trying to get Medicare guidelines on Denosumab but unfortunately we can not find them. Can anyone help me with the CMS guidlines for Denosumab?
 
I don't know where you're located but NGS has an LCD (L25820-Drugs and biologicals, coverage of, for label and off-label use) and an accompanying article (A50361-Article for Denosumab). This applies to areas covered by NGS, if you're under a different MAC you would have to check for their LCDs.
