I need other's opinions on billing a dental block with facial laceration. Would I be correct to bill the dental procedure with modifier 59 along with correct facial laceration procedure?

Thanks for any help.
 
only if the dental block was not at all related to the laceration repair, then yes you can, pend a 51 on lowest rvu procedure
