Hello,
I have a patient who has cerebral palsy and a permanent G-tube. Procedure done was scaling of all calculus, dental prophylaxis and topical application of fluroide varnish.
Diagnosis I am looking to use is V07.8, 441.1 and 373.9. I am thinking that this was preventative. Is this correct?

In have been researching and I think that I may have found a more appropriate code 523.6
