Does anyone on her bill dental codes?
 
We billed D5120 and D5110 to the insurance and have been paid. The pt is unhappy after multiple wax try ins and wants to go somewhere else. The insurance says that we have to refund them for D5120 and D5110. Is there something else that we can bill for the molds and try ins?
