I am working for an OB/GYN office. Can someone tell me the correct way to bill for a depo shot. The patient picks up the medicine at the pharmacy and we are doing the injection along with checking bp and weight. We are billing and office visit 99211 (sometimes with a modifier 25) and the 96372 injection code. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
