Hello,
Looking for some clarification on the G0444. Cpt definition places 15 minutes (7.5 midpoint) on the code but when I look at the NCD 210.9 it states up to 15 minutes.
Not sure what is needed to correctly bill for this service. Any guidance is appreciated.
