Depression screening for well child check

Can a provider list the screening for depression, as a separate problem/assessment in an encounter for Well child check, even though it is something that is supposed to be done for WCC ages 12 and up. After all, we list Immunizations as a separate problem/assessment and it is considered a normal component of certain WCC? Thank you
