One of our HMO, patients wants a referral to a dermatologist for skin check. Mostly for her face. Her aesthetician said she should see a dermatologist. Her primary care doctor sees nothing wrong with the patient's skin. However the patient insists on a referral. Any idea what dx code we could use for her visit and the referral. I found V72.7 skin exam. Thank you
