If we have a patient coming back in because they have a history of skin cancer, not other concerns how is this a chief complaint?
F/U of skin cancer doesn't push any ov charge.
Please advise.
 
you just need a V 67.xx code for follow up from the therapy (radiation, chemo, or combined, or other) and a V code for the hx of skin cancer
