wondering if anyone can help me....my doctor is performing a lupectomy and also having to do a separate incision to destroy a nerve (intercostal) that is causing the patient pain. They are not going to do a nerve block or use any neurolytic agents and will just be using a bovie to destroy/cut off the nerve. This procedure is NOT typically done during/with a lumpectomy. Any ideas on which code range to look at??

i was thinking maybe 64620??
