Destruction of facet joint nerves

When the physician performs Destruction by neurolytic agent, he states he performs the procedure on L2, L3, L4, L5, S1 and ascending accessory S1 facet nerves. Does anyone know if the ascending accessory S1 is considered a level or how many levels would be billed in this case?
