Brainfreeze! If you're destroying 12 lesions- is it
17000 x 1
17003 x 11 or 1? The code description is 2nd through 14 lesions, each ??????:

that is correct as long as you are treating AK's.

If it is Benign lesions it would be 17110, such as warts, molluscum, ect. NOT skin tags or vascular lesions.
