Wiki detention time does it need modifer

99356 is an add on code so no modifer is needed for it.
so the 99233 is the first code and then the 99356 do I need a modifer 25 for the 99233? or no modifer at all?
 
The way the code reads you would not need a modifer on the detention code. It says it does say use 99356 in conjunction with 99233. Hope this help.
