Does anyone know what device code Medicare accepts (OPPS) with CPT 64910 (nerve repair w/ synthetic conduit or vein allograft)? The product that was used to wrap the nerve was BioDFence, which is coded as Q4140- that doesn't work as a device code, so I'm wondering what would be accepted. Is there anything other than the generic device code C1889?
