Any know where I can get a list/documention of what dx codes cover Dexa scans?

I know certain codes are cover ex: 733.00 & 733.90... but if test comes up neg are there any symptoms that cover med ness?

Look for your local CMS local coverage determinations. This will show you a list of ICD-9 codes that support medical necessity. There are even V codes that are acceptable.
