I am trying to show my physicians to code Diabetes with Manifestations to the highest specificity. I just want to make sure that I am doing this correctly. If a patient has Diabetes II with diabetic polyneuropathy and diabetic nephropathy, uncontrolled. I am saying that 250.62, 357.2, 250.42 and 583.81. One of the docs insist that the 250.02 is still needed. Any advise???
