Wiki Diabetes Education billing Medicaid

We have an out-patient hospital based program that we bill out the G0108 and G0109. Apparently something has changed with how Medicaid wants these billed. I have been unable to find any definitive information other then their fee schedule.

Is anyone else billing these services and have you seen any changes in how these are processed?
