Wiki Diabetes Education Billing Offsite

If a diabetes education class (G0109) is brought to a site outside of our normal teaching facility, are we allowed to bill the individual insurance companies of the class participants? What site of billing can we use? Is this not allowed if we are billing as a hospital entity? Thanks.
