How would I code someone with both neuro and ophthalmic manifestations d/t diabetes?

Here's what I'm thinking so far:

250.62
250.52
357.2 (foot neuropathy NOS d/t diabetes)
362.xx (whatever the retinopathy specifies as)

We've just started JVN screening, so I'm expecting a lot of these codes pretty soon
