Several of our physicians dictate Wagner grade 3 ulcer, can this be correctly coded as a diabetic ulcer or do they need to specifically state diabetic ulcer?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
 
But is it appropriate to code as a diabetic ulcer if they are only stating "wagner grade III ulcer?" Or should they be documenting the words "wagner grade III diabetic ulcer?"
