I need a diagnosis for when a patient is seen by a physician to have titers checked and mmr shot if necessary. Diagnosis to attach to the level of service - I was told V65.49 - other counseling -

What about V82.89 Special screening for other conditions Other specified conditions? It doesn't sound like they are there for counseling.
