I am confusing myself on what diagnoses to count towards points and when not to count these towards points. We see several patients for prostate cancer. Many of these patients have ED. Some of these patients do not want to any treatment for their ED and the ED is just mentioned in their note. It is also listed in their assessment in the medical decision making. Is this something I would count as 1 stable established problem? Also then in table of risk would I count this as moderate considering the patient has prostate cancer (stable) and ED (2 stable chronic diseases)?
