Chondrocalcinosis of the triangular fibrocartilage complex region of the hand?
 
Under Chondrocalcinosis in the index it says to use 275.49 and then it tells you to use an additional code which is 712.1 chondrocalcinosis due to dicalcium phosphate crystals, with the fifth digit as "4" for the hand. There isn't a more specific code for this....at least I can't seem to find it if there is.
