The provider states the patient has oat intolerance. I am looking at K90.49, Malabsorption due to intolerance, not elsewhere classified. Unfortunately, the provider does not mention malabsorption. He was very specific about it being an intolerance, not an allergy. Does anyone have a more accurate code?
