I was wondering what would be the proper code for Retinal Macroaneurysm.

I would use: 362.17 intraretinal microvascular abnormality.

I would agree, but is there another systemic problem that may have caused this documented?

Thank you I was thinking of 362.17 but I also considered 362.13. We are retinal specialist and there may be an underlying cause and the patient was referred for further evaluation.
