There's no mention of brain or spinal cord mets. The vertebrae is compressing the spinal cord.

so is the metastasis in the bone? Where is the primary cancer? 198.5 for the bone mets

Maybe 722.70- Intervertebral disc disorder with myelopathy, unspecified site.
