Would anyone code this as a stress fracture?

AP/MO/lateral right foot again demonstrate no fractures or dislocations.

Right foot pain with clinical concern for stress fracture.

I'm thinking 729.5 (pain in limb)
 
You are correct in my opinion. There may be a stress fracture, but it is not yet showing up radiographically and may not show up for quite some time until the healing process is further along.
