Wiki Diagnosis coding different in IDTF than hospital?

A question was posed if there is a difference in diagnosis coding between hospitals and IDTF's regarding sleep studies. (Example - If a hospital orders a Sleep Study for symptoms related to and identifying a patient with, OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea) but an IDTF interprets the test and the study comes back negative, what diagnosis should they use?)
