Hi. Is there any diagnosis to code to support the patient doing procedures (i.e. 93306 Echocardiogram, 86480 Tuberculosis test, cell mediated immunity antigen response measurement, gamma interferon) prior to prescribing Biological medications for Rheumatoid Arthritis?
