We have a family practice physician who doesn't do a whole lot of deliveries, so not much experience with coding these. We have a patient who was pregnant with twins, and was going to be delivered out of town early. We gave her 2 seperate injections of Betamethazone for lung development in the babies prior to delivery. I am just not able to find a diagnosis that I think works for this. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
