The patient had a colonoscopy via colostomy performed and also a flexible sigmoidoscopy- the only diagnosis available is: History of uterine cancer with local invasion of the colon and history of en bloc radical hysterectomy and extended left hemi-colectomy right sided endostomy.

Any takers on the DX?
