Hi,

How do we code "mild reactive airway disease" when the patient has no past medical history of asthma or any other respiratory condition.

You would just code the signs and symptoms when there is no diagnosis.
ETA This would be true for outpatient situation. If thery're an inpatient, I don't know what you do.
